About EU RoHS

EU RoHS directive (EU Directive 2011/65/EU) has been enforced by the European Union in order to prohibit or restrict the use of six hazardous substances (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PDBE).
From 22 July 2019 onwards, 4 phthalates (DEHP, DBP, BBP and DIBP) were added to the list of restricted substances.

About China RoHS

"The Measures for the Administration of the Control and Electronic Information Products" (China RoHS) of the People's Republic of China was applied on March 1 2007 and has been effected in production, market and distribution of China.
This was amended on January 1 2016, and is operated as "The Administrative Measures for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products" (China RoHS 2).
The target substances are the same six substances with the EU RoHS.
China RoHS 2 requires the labeling on product and the provision of information regarding containing substances.

Disclosure of Information about EU RoHS&China RoHS

TDK-Lambda declares EU RoHS certification and discloses RoHS substances information in each product for China RoHS.
