TDK-Lambda Corporation (President: Hiroyuki Yashiro), a group company of TDK Corporation, today announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to make the following changes to its Directors.
1. Change of Representative Director as of April 1, 2021

Hiroyuki Yashiro
*2 Hiroyuki Yashiro is stepping down as Representative Director and President of TDK-Lambda Corporation as of March 31, 2021 but he will remain as Director. He is going to retire as Director at the expiration of his term at the termination of the General Shareholders Meeting for the 44th business year to be held in June 2021.
